1 red bell pepper
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
handful of crimini mushrooms
handful of parsley
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomatoe paste
red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
gouda cheese
brioche slider rolls

- in a bowl, place your meat and add: chopped, red pepper, onion, minced garlic, chopped mushrooms, parsley, the parmesan, worcestershire, and tomatoe paste. season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. mix all the ingredients together so all it mixed well, use your hand
- portion the meat about meatball size, and make slider patties. fry the sliders on a hot pan with evoo, until done thorough
- fry up some bacon on a separate pan, enough for each slider
- slice your brioche rolls, and put in the turkey slider, top with bacon and a slice of gouda cheese.
