kielbasa (or can substitute with salami)
cheese (use any you like buy one that melts well)
mushrooms
scallions
ketchup
paprika
salt
- cut the baguette lengthwise in half and top with kiebasa first and then with the cheese. sprinkle with paprika. toast the baguette
- meanwhile, sautee your sliced mushrooms, seasoning them with salt toward the end
- once the baguette is toasted, top with sauteed mushrooms, then with thinly sliced scallions
- finish off with ketchup
