shredded white cheddar cheese
- pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. drizzle evoo over a baking dish or aluminum foil (whatever you prefer baking the pizza on).
- stretch or roll the pizza dough to about an 8x12 inch oval. put the dough in the baking dish and bake about 10 minutes.
- take out the dough and flip it over. now top with cheese, ham, and pineapple. bake for another 10 minutes or so, until the crust is cooked through.
- sprinkle with the scallions during the last 5 minutes of baking. cut into pieces, drizzle with a hot sauce if desired, and enjoy!
